Prototype Haute Fidélité

Définition

A High-Fidelity Prototype is the most realistic simulation of the final product. Visually, it is almost indistinguishable from the product that will be developed, as it includes the full visual identity, correct colors, final images, typography, microcopy, and part of the animations.

This type of prototype is fully interactive (although not coded) and allows for a highly detailed simulation of the user experience.

  • Main objective: Test visual performance, brand consistency, and the emotional response of users before development. It is commonly used during the testing phase to validate usability, fluidity, and the absence of friction in a near-real environment.
  • Key advantage: It generates highly precise and reliable user feedback on final visual details and micro-interactions, as users behave almost as if they were using the real product.

Exemple

A Figma prototype that includes all styles (typography, colors, shadows), realistic transitions, and interactive components. Clicking a button opens a form with a smooth animation. The goal is to ensure the final design feels trustworthy and polished before handing it off to developers.
